Refund Policy

Because our books are instantly delivered digital products, all sales are final and purchases are not refundable.

If you have a technical problem — a download link that doesn’t work, an expired link, or a corrupted file — contact us at orders@kouambooks.com with your order reference and we’ll make it right, including sending you a fresh download link.

Before buying, you can review the full description of each book’s contents on its product page. If you have questions about whether a book is right for you, email us first — we’d rather answer questions than disappoint a reader.

AI Mastery Academy reservations

The $9 Founding Class reservation is different from a book purchase: it is fully refundable at any time before you activate your founding membership — email orders@kouambooks.com with your order reference. Activation is only offered once all 27 Volume I chapters, labs, and certificates are available; at that point you may pay the remaining $90 or request a full refund instead. If Level 1 and the MASTER module are not live by January 15, 2027, every reservation is refunded automatically. A reservation never converts into a paid membership without your explicit action.
